Mike Schultz co-founded Wellesley Hills Group in 2002. In 2008, the company was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in the country. He has overseen its growth from an idea to over 60,000 subscribers.

Mike is a graduate of Brandeis University in Waltham, MA with a B.A. in American Studies, and holds an M.B.A. from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College (where he often returns to deliver specialized classes to graduate students).
